TRAINERS
Jonathan Grnak, BA, CFP/P.T.S.
Fat loss expert Jonathan Grnak is a certified trainer who specializes in getting Women lean in minimal time. He has earned the title of Personal Trainer Specialist from Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc. and has been studying the industry for over 6 years.
Although Jonathan’s studies have spanned all fitness disciplines, he is focused on fat loss using a combination of strength training principles and Japanese conditioning protocols. This unique arrangement requires minimal time in the gym and maximal results.
Jonathan has also been contracted to provide fitness training for feature films in Toronto and Montréal and has been privileged to assist actors and actresses get in camera ready shape for their specific roles.

Marlon Teekah
Personal & Lifestyle Trainer, Marlon Teekah, is a Certified Personal Trainer and a current student in the Faculty of Physical Education and Health at the University of Toronto, where he competed for the Varsity Football team for 3 years.
Throughout his years in the fitness industry, Marlon has used effective goal setting techniques and a balanced approach to fitness while working with a wide range of clients. Many of these clients have fitness goals that include weight loss, vitality, motivation, accountability, an individualized exercise program and education regarding nutrition.
A firm believer in the power of positive attitude and mindset, Marlon is often commended by his clients for his exceptional motivational skills, excellent client centred service and a dynamic personality that rubs off on his clients.
In addition to Personal & Lifestyle Training, Marlon also works as a mentor and program co-ordinator for the Toronto District School Board's Boys 2 Men program for male youth and volunteers as a mentor for the Government of Ontario's Summer Company program for youth Entrepreneur's.
